*Posters around the kingdom of Stormwind announce a decision of the Stormwind Council*
On sunday the 27th of July, the Stormwind Council debated about the subject of increased criminal activity in various forms such as thievery, murder, torture and cults of forbidden faith. We have come to the conclusion the Stormwind Court oftently simply wastes resources on obvious criminals, and even allows some to escape their punishment during the period between their capture and the court.
For this reason, we, the Stormwind Council, lead under High Councillor Zeria Fordring and advised by Commander Pilus Malbridge, have agreed to and decided to a new law that allows authority within Stormwind City to arrest and execute punishment upon confirmed or highly suspected criminals within Stormwind, without the need for a trial at the Court of Stormwind with proper evidence. This law goes into practice immediatly.
