Sharox sighed as she checked her hair in the mirror, "Darn hair, always too bushy!" She thought nervously. She checked her small pocket watch, still thirteen minutes until the party started. Tonight was the prince's birthday and he had arranged a dinner party for all Stormwind's defense and well known. She has waste no time preparing for it, she wanted to make a good impression tonight as it's not everyday the Militia are invited to something this big.
After taking about a hour to finally do her hair she picked up her dress carefully from her bed and looked at it admiringly. It had took her nearly the whole day to prepare it, she had to use about thirty batches on Silk cloth and red dye. She slipped into the dress and tied the red lace at the top. She checked herself in the mirror. "Perfect, now all i need to do is get there without tripping over the dress..."
After collecting her cleaned horse from the stable master, she set off to Stormwind. The party was held in the Cathedral of light, but instead of all the religious equipment in it, there was tables upon tables, all covered in a crystal white tablecloth. She entered it and looked around nervously, there was hardly anyone there, so she checked her watch again. Still nine minutes, it wouldn't surprise me me if everyone else was arriving in groups, and she did want to travel along with Unhurius, but he said he would take to long to get ready so she should leave early.
Suddenly a man came up to her and bowed. "Hello Madam, how lovely you are looking this evening, could i get your name and then i can escort you to your table." He smiled at her sweetly and Sharox was starting to wonder if he wasn't actually a waiter... She replied anyhow with a smile. "Sharox Sealwind, Sergeant of the Stormwind's line of defense the Stormwind Militia." The man bowed and showed her to a table in the far corner. The table had two chairs and vase full of flowers in the center. "I hope you are happy with tonight's line up madam, would you like a wine to refresh you?" The man asked sweetly. Sharox shook her head, she didn't drink and hated the taste of wine. "Sure then, if there is anything you need just give me a call. He turned and walked off to greet some more guests. Sharox looked around the room to try and spot someone she knew. The night was just beginning and there was plenty of guests still to arrive.
